ORDER INFORMATION

WE SHIP WORLWIDE
US Shipping: $8-$9 Flat Rate
Overweight US Shipping (12+ lbs): $18

Canada:
$15/$25 First Class (price depends on weight, non-trackable, 8-15 days)
$35 Priority (trackable, 5-12 days)

Rest of the World:
$20/$30 First Class (price depends on weight, non-trackable, 10-15 days)
$35 Priority (trackable, 7-15 days)

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Although we will always do our best to package your order and ship it the next business day, please allow 2-3 days for normal processing times and an additional 3-5 days during high-volume periods (i.e. new capsule collection release).
Most orders will be shipped via USPS Priority or First Class for items weighing less than 15oz. Customers will receive tracking information once their orders are shipped out.
If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/lost claims.

ORDER INFORMATION & POLICY (7-DAY POLICY)

Please always include your order number (if applicable) for all inquiries.

Once your order is placed, we cannot allow you to change the size or swap items. Please carefully review your order prior to checking out.
Exchanges are welcome if you receive a defective product or if you would like to switch out an item size with respect to stock availability. Items must be in new condition and customers are responsible for return shipping.
Store credit may also be issued if you are not satisfied with your size and a size exchange is not possible due to stock non-availability.
Refunds/Returns are allowed if you receive defective product.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase (based on tracking), we can only offer store credit. No returns or refund will be allowed after 7 days.

RETURN SHIPPING

All returns must be pre-authorized by one of our customer service reps. To return your product, you will mail the product to our address provided by our customer service reps and include the tracking number so we can confirm it. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a return authorization.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account statement. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@commonwealthandco.com.
